Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully disassemble your grill or accessory and place it back in its original box with all manuals, hardware, and protective padding included.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
